Is Home Care a monthly subscription?
Yes. Every plan is recurring and includes weekly cleaning, linen care and laundry.
Is laundry included?
Yes. Each plan comes with a weekly laundry allowance by weight, shown on the plan.
Can I book extra cleaning?
Yes. Turnover cleans and deep cleans are arranged separately.
Is pool or garden service included?
No. Pool and garden are add-on services.
How much notice do you need?
At least 2 days in advance, in most cases.
How long does a villa clean take?
About 4 hours, depending on size, condition, laundry volume and the work needed.
Can you look after my home while I am away?
Yes. Home Care works for second homes and part-time occupied properties.
